So many wonderful fabrics - ribbon sized pieces with blue.
Naive 'folk art' square within square many small and varied pieces . We don't know the history of this quilt but would guess it to be made by a sewer who had saved fabrics from many projects over numerous years.
The quilt then reverses to a pastel version - again square within square and many pale floral, flannelette and soft cottons in ribbon sized pieces .
Two quilts in one .
Its not enormous and whilst it would look great on a bed we think it would make a lovely wall hanging .
