Double sided Patchwork Counterpane 11322

A double sided patchwork piece .

Perhaps two sides to an unfinished project , not quilted and no batting , simply joined .

Some interesting fabrics , some figurative , others with markings that signify the ends of a roll , a utility piece, made from oddments and left overs - a sign of the times , which if it had been finished we may have referred to as a 'country' patchwork.

Perfect to drape and to get a look or consider it a project , take it apart and create two coverlets add batting and quilt it !

The fabrics are in good condition but there is a small area of colour run . It is inexpertly pieced .
