Bold Plaid Welsh Blanket 11854

Wonderful vintage plaid Welsh blanket.

Rich red, black and blue against a pale grey , with a highlight in a fine gold stripe.

Finished in simple cream blanket stitch.

Feels and looks as if it just came from the mill - we don't believe it was ever used - only on very close inspection do you find very tiny darns

A perfect layer on the sofa , on the end of the bed , just about anywhere
